Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

In case of conflict between the two versions, the Romanian version prevails.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to all users and organizations and forms an integral part of the Terms and the Organization Subscription Terms. Use of the Platform requires full compliance with the AUP.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal activities or content, or content infringing third-party rights;
  • Harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination or incitement to hatred or violence;
  • Spam, unauthorized commercial messages or non-consensual data collection;
  • Attempts to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Platform (including attacks, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing authentication or rate limits);
  • Scraping, indexing or unauthorized automated access;
  • Impersonating a person or entity, or false identity/affiliation claims;
  • Distributing malware, harmful code or dangerous content;
  • Using the Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering or other unlawful acts;
  • Misuse of the Formular 230 feature (false submissions, false donor data, fraudulent organization enrollment, CNP manipulation);
  • Automated or bulk completion of Formular 230 using automated or AI tools, without genuine taxpayer involvement;
  • Mass harvesting of data from the public Discover section (marketplace) by automated means;
  • Manipulating attendance, votes or quorum (e.g. recording attendance for another person, fraudulent voting);
  • Processing data outside permitted purposes or in breach of data-protection law;
  • Sharing authentication credentials or API keys;
  • Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Service to third parties without authorization;
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling or creating derivative works of the Platform.

2. Prohibited content

  • Content violating Romanian or EU law;
  • Defamatory, obscene, violent or harmful content;
  • Content infringing third parties' intellectual-property, privacy or image rights;
  • Special-category data provided without a legal basis.

3. Consequences

3.1. Depending on severity, Quorify may apply, cumulatively or successively: warning; content removal; temporary suspension; permanent termination of the account or subscription; and/or referral to authorities and legal action.

3.2. Termination for AUP breach does not entitle you to a refund.

3.3. Quorify may act immediately, without prior notice, where security, law or the protection of third parties requires.

4. Reporting

4.1. Report violations to contact@usequorify.com. Security vulnerabilities are reported per the Security Policy.

5. Appeals

5.1. If you believe a measure (suspension or termination of the account/subscription) was applied in error, you may submit an appeal to contact@usequorify.com within 30 days of the measure, stating the relevant reasons. We review the appeal and communicate the outcome, usually within 14 days. Measures required by law or by the protection of third parties may remain in place during the review.
