Quorify

API Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Last updated: August 31, 2026

In case of conflict between the two versions, the Romanian version prevails.

These Terms supplement the Organization Subscription Terms and apply to the use of the Quorify API and webhooks. In case of conflict, the Organization Subscription Terms prevail.

1. API access

1.1. API keys are issued to Organization Owners; each key is tied to a single organization and is a sensitive credential to be treated as a password.

1.2. You are responsible for all requests made with your key.

2. Permitted use

2.1. You may access only your own organization's data, for legitimate purposes, in compliance with the Terms, the AUP and data-protection law. You remain responsible, as controller, for the basis of processing the data you access.

3. Prohibited use

  • Accessing other organizations' data or individuals' data without right;
  • Reselling, sublicensing or exposing the API to unauthorized third parties;
  • Reverse-engineering the API or the Platform;
  • Circumventing rate limits, authentication or security measures;
  • Use contrary to the AUP or liable to affect Service stability.

4. Rate limiting and availability

4.1. Access is subject to rate limits protecting Platform stability and security; Quorify may set and adjust these limits, and repeated excess may lead to restriction or blocking.

4.2. The API is provided "as is", with no availability guarantee (SLA), and may be modified, versioned or retired, with reasonable notice for material changes.

5. Security

5.1. You are responsible for securing the key and your webhook endpoints. If compromised, revoke it immediately in settings and notify contact@usequorify.com. Quorify may revoke or rotate keys for security reasons.

6. Termination

6.1. Quorify may suspend or revoke API access for breach of these Terms, the main Terms or the AUP, or on a security risk. Liability and security provisions survive.
